Filing a Claim

Your notice needs to include:

1. A signature, physical or digital, from the rights holder or their representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted material in question.
3. The exact HubPro link or location where the infringing content appears.
4. Your contact details, address, phone, and email.
5. A good-faith statement that the use wasn't authorized.
6. A perjury statement confirming accuracy and your authority to file the claim.

Filing a Counter-Claim

Believe your file was removed by mistake? Submit a counter-notice with your contact information, where the material was located, a perjury statement disputing the removal, and consent to relevant court jurisdiction.

Repeat Offenders

Accounts with a pattern of copyright violations will lose HubPro access entirely.
